Valentine's most important attribute on air is his desire to be open with his listeners and to share his real life, thereby allowing the listener to share theirs as well.

Introducing our newest member of the valentine in the Morning team, Liz Hernandez. The youngest of four girls, Liz was born and raised in Southern California. She eventually got her start in the radio business after landing an internship with a local radio station. After receiving a B.A. in both Communications and Psychology, it was clear she was meant for radio!
Having already established herself as a notable entertainment personality, Liz Hernandez, joined E! News as a correspondent and as the host of E! News Now in 2011, a TV role she continues to host daily alongside the Valentine in the Morning show!

Dylan Riggs mostly works behind the scenes on the show, but sometimes you'll hear him chime in on a microphone. He has the coolest dog on the planet named Dexter. He's addicted to chapstick and has way too many shoes. Sometimes, we catch him looking under the vending machines when he needs change - and he's not ashamed either. And we like it when he breaks into song while forgetting he is in public.

Justin Bieber Will Sue You For $5 MILLION If You Do This...
You have now been warned. If you go to one of Justin Bieber's house parties, you are not allowed to talk about it.
If you do, he's gonna sue you for $5,000,000!
TMZ has obtained a copy of the document everyone has to sign before entering Justin's house in Calabasas and they broke it down for us:
It's a Liability Waiver and Release and warns that anyone who talks about anything that went on inside the mansion will get nailed, and that includes the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Justin or the guests.
Anyone who violates the terms of the waiver will automatically be on the hook for $5 million in damages.
And it doesn't stop at just "chatter". If you blog, Tweet or Instagram any of it, you're sued.
This is where it gets kind of weird. It says if you are involved in anything "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained."
WHAT?!
No wonder Justin doesn't want anything getting out.

Jill Has A Crush On A Guy At Chipotle
Jill, Dylan and Jimmy went to Chipotle yesterday for lunch - and one of the workers caught Jill's eye.
Instead of giving him her number, she chickened out and had Dylan and Jimmy find out if he was single.

CONFIRMED: Paulia Rubio And Kelly Rowland Join The X Factor
With L.A. Reid and Britney Spears gone, their seats on The X Factor needed to be filled.
We can now confirm that Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio will be judges next season.
In a statement, Simon Cowell said:
"It's taken more than a decade but I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!). Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different."
Kelly is from Destiny's Child and is also a judge on UK's X Factor. Paulina has sold more than 20 million albums. It should be an interesting season!

JUST RELEASED: The Anchorman 2 Trailer
They're back... and we couldn't be more excited.
A new trailer for "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" has been released.
Even though there aren't any clips from the movie, we have heard the sequel will feature Christina Applegate, Luke Wilson, Kristen Wiig, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey and Vince Vaughn.
Anchorman 2 will hit theaters on December 20th.
