Lindsay Lohan was ARRESTED at 4 AM this morning in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub. Police told TMZ that Lindsay was at a club and she got into some sort of argument with another woman and then it became physical. Before the fight, witnesses say words were exchanged between Lindsay and the woman as they sat in separate booths near each other.  Lindsay said something like, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl in the left side of her face. When the cops arrived, Lindsay had already left the club and was a passenger in a car.  Cops pulled the car over and made the arrest. She’s already been released, but this isn't Lindsay's only legal problem.  She is about to be charged with lying to cops in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving. And, if Lindsay is formally charged with this fight, it could trigger yet another probation violation.

Steven Tyler is defending himself against Nicki Minaj’s tweet that implied that his criticism of the new “American Idol” judges was “racist.” It all began when Steven gave an interview talking about Nikki and the current “Idol” judging panel saying they created a tense atmosphere that wouldn’t be helpful to aspiring performers. Steven said, “If it was Bob Dylan, Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the cornfield! Whereas, if it was Bob Dylan with us, we would have brought the best of him out, as we did with Phillip Phillips.” Nikki thought his statement was “racist” and tweeted Steven a few expletives – and said he made that comment because she’s a black rapper. Well now, Steven says he apologizes if it was taken wrong, but he is the farthest thing from a racist.  He said “Maybe I spoke out of turn… But I’m not racist”
