Valentine is the host of Valentine in the Morning and signs his emails "Colin's Daddy, Leilani's Husband, Red Sox Fan". He has worked in radio since he was 15, starting at a little station in Connecticut.
The little known facts category about Valentine include: former police officer, USO Entertainer (with over ten overseas tours), comedian, arachnophobia-sufferer, and a man's man (he wrote that last part).
Valentine is a winner of the ABC Radio Personality of the Year, RMA Personality of the Year, and Radio and Records Personality of the Year Nominee. Valentine's most important attribute on air is his desire to be open with his listeners and to share his real life, thereby allowing the listener to share theirs as well.

Introducing our newest member of the valentine in the Morning team, Liz Hernandez. The youngest of four girls, Liz was born and raised in Southern California. She eventually got her start in the radio business after landing an internship with a local radio station. After receiving a B.A. in both Communications and Psychology, it was clear she was meant for radio!
Having already established herself as a notable entertainment personality, Liz Hernandez, joined E! News as a correspondent and as the host of E! News Now in 2011, a TV role she continues to host daily alongside the Valentine in the Morning show!
Liz loves Clothing/Fashion, Makeup, Music, Photography, Apple brand products, Gym / workout gear, Cooking & Dining out, Reading books, Animal Lover (2 dogs), concerts, Baseball, Basketball & many other things. WELCOME LIZ!

Nate Marino gets paid to be the Executive Producer of Valentine in the Morning, but he offers up his wisecracks and opinions free of charge. He's also a self-professed "know-it-all" and WILL correct your grammar, punctuation and spelling should you email him (go ahead, try it...).

Dylan Riggs mostly works behind the scenes on the show, but sometimes you'll hear him chime in on a microphone. He has the coolest dog on the planet named Dexter. He's addicted to chapstick and has way too many shoes. Sometimes, we catch him looking under the vending machines when he needs change - and he's not ashamed either. And we like it when he breaks into song while forgetting he is in public.

Jimmy is the oldest member of the Valentine in the Morning staff... in fact, no one really knows how old he is or even much about him. We do know that he has a girlfriend, fought in Vietnam and he drove a cab at some point in his life. If you know Jimmy (or what his name was before he apparently entered the Witness Protection Program) please let us know.
John Mayer just released the lyric video for his song "Paper Doll" and if you listen carefully, there are a few lines that COULD be about Taylor Swift!
In Taylor's song "Dear John", she sings "you paint me a blue sky then go back and turn it to rain".
In "Paper Doll", John sings: "Someone's gonna paint you another sky".
Then, in Taylor's song 22, the chorus says: "I'm feeling 22"
And in "Paper Doll", John says: "You're like 22 girls in one".

According to a family friend, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will name their baby girl: Kai Georgia Donda West.
HollywoodLife.com says the story behind the name is: Georgia is where Kanye grew up and Kim’s late dad Robert Kardashian’s middle name was George.
Donda pays tribute to his late mother Donda West.
We will see if this is true in the next couple of days.

Katy Perry is on the cover of the July issue of Vogue - and in the magazine, she opens up about two of her most private relationships: ex-husband Russel Brand and ex-boyfriend John Mayer.
Katy said she hasn't heard from Russell since he sent her a text on New Year's Eve 2011 saying he wanted a divorce.
She says she felt a lot of responsibility for it ending, but then found out the real truth - which she didn't want to talk about. Katy said: "I let go and I was like: This isn't because of me; this is beyond me. So I have moved on from that."
She also opened up about her on-again/off-again relationship with John Mayer.
She says it now over, but she "was madly in love with him".
"All I can say about that relationship is that he's got a beautiful mind. Beautiful mind, tortured soul. I do have to figure out why I am attracted to these broken birds."
"I'm not in a relationship, I'm just on my own — I am myself in my own bed. I have to be happy being alone, and I am happy."
Katy's issue of Vogue will be available on June 25th.

Last night during the LIVE Miss USA pageant, Marissa Powell (Miss Utah) was asked her thoughts on men earning more money than women in the workplace.
Her answer has now made more news than the winner herself.
Marissa said: “I think we can relate this back to education, and how we are continuing to try to strive… to…"
Then there was a VERY long pause. And she continued:
"Figure out how to create jobs right now. That is the biggest problem right now."
“I think, especially the men are… um… seen as the leaders of this, and so we need to see how to… create education better. So that we can solve this problem. Thank you.”
Ya you read that correctly. She said "create education better".

Britney Spears just premiered her new song "Ohh La La" - for the movie Smurfs 2.

Sebastien De La Cruz was a last-minute replacement Tuesday night to sing our national anthem during Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
He did an amazing job, but became the victim of racist comments and tweets online. Some people were outraged that a Hispanic singer was singing the national anthem. Other people didn't like the way he was dressed.
So how did 11-year-old Sebastien react? The next morning, he told the local news station: 'When I started mariachi, I knew there was gonna be a lot of politics. And I'm just a proud American, to be honest."
He also said: "People don’t know, they just assume that I’m just Mexican. But I’m not from Mexico, I’m from San Antonio born and raised, a true San Antonio Spurs fan"
Even the mayor of San Antonio tweeted: "Sebastien de la Cruz, your rendition of the national anthem was spectacular! Don't let a few negative voices get you down."
After all of the backlash, the NBA invited Sebastien back to perform last night during game 4.
