Thank you for supporting Children's Miracle Network at TMC! Because of your generosity, $208,499 was raised through the Radiothon!
From Aug. 24-26, for 36 hours, We were live with 20 phones ringing, hundreds of volunteers answering thousands of calls, and hundreds of thousands of dollars being donated for one purpose, to change a child’s life. Throughout the Radiothon we celebrated the everyday heroes who provide outstanding care for our children. Our heroes are the courageous and caring doctors, nurses, staff, mothers, fathers, siblings, and friends who are among us at TMC.
Every dollar raised for TMC's Children's Miracle Network stays here in our community. Your generous donations help purchase life-saving equipment such as biliblankets, transport isolettes, and special “Omnibeds” for the tiniest babies. Funds also promote health and safety education and help expand pediatric programs for children and families served at TMC. With the opening of the new children’s medical center at TMC, your contributions also help fund the new private rooms, added space for families, more play areas for children, and enhanced coordination of pediatric services.

A Campaign for the New Children’s Medical Center!
To meet the community’s needs for additional pediatrics services, Tucson Medical Center and the TMC Foundation are launching a capital campaign – with the theme “Block by Block, Miracles Happen” – to expand the current Pediatric Unit to a 44 private bed unit with 16,000 (sq. ft.) of new and 12,500 (sq. ft.) of existing renovated space.
Campaign Highlights
*44 private pediatric rooms.
*Provide more space for families, in community rooms and at the patient bedside; enhance play area.
*Create a special area for adolescents.
*Create a central entrance for pediatrics services.
*Expand the pediatrics facilities with 16,000(sq. ft.) of new and 12,500(sq. ft.) of renovated space.
*$12.5 million, 10-month project.
