Get this... According to a new CareerBuilder survey, one in four bosses say they have an employee they wish would QUIT!

The article says that younger managers are more likely than older ones to want a problem employee to GO AWAY... If any of these tactics sound familiar to you . . . you might be a "problem employee!"

Popular ways managers encourage employees to leave:

27% point out their shortcomings frequently.  

21% cut their responsibilities. 

12% hire their eventual replacement. 

8% transfer them to another area.   

8% keep the employee out of the loop with company news.

Superman gets yet another reboot, this  time with Henry Cavill wearing the blue tights and  red cape, and Michael Shannon playing the evil  General Zod. Russell Crowe, Kevin  Costnerand Amy Adams also star.    

This Is The  End (rated R)

Seth Rogen co-wrote and helped direct this comedy where  he and his actor friends react to the world coming to an end during a party  at James Franco's house.  The main cast  includes Jonah Hill, Jay Baruchel,  and Craig Robinson.

A ton of other celebrities appear in it, including Emma  Watson, Michael Cera, Mindy  Kaling, Rihanna, and even  the Backstreet Boys, who are all playing themselves in the  movie.

Last week, in Lomza, in northeastern Poland as a news crew was filming a story a 30-year-old named Andrzej Czapka snuck up to the florist's window and STOLE a bouquet of roses off the ledge!

He didn't see the news crew filming, and the news crew didn't see him.  But people watching the news report spotted it and reported it to the police HAHA!!

They used the footage to track Andrzej down and arrest him.

He told them, quote, "I'd broken up with my girlfriend and I wanted to win her back with some flowers, but I had no money.  I didn't even see the film crew."

Wow! Talk about making the best out of an extremely challenging situation... on a 6/9/13 flight from Vegas to Phoenix these passengers say they were left sitting for 5 hours with no snacks, no water, no A/C! They said two people passed out and two vomited... the  Passengers came together in song... singing R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly."
