It's official:  MADONNA'S MDNA Tour made CRAZY money.

In all, the tour grossed $305.2 million . . . from the opener in Israel last May, up through the finale in Argentina on December 22nd.  There were 88 total shows, which were attended by over 2.2 million fans.

The MDNA tour was the biggest tour of 2012 . . . and not only that, it's the 10th highest-grossing tour of ALL TIME.  It's not Madonna's highest grossing tour though.  That would be the one she did in 2008 and 2009, which grossed $408 million.

Here are the Top 10 tours of all time, along with how much they grossed . . .

1.)  U2's 360 Tour (2009-2011) . . . $736 million

2.)  The Rolling Stones' A Bigger Bang Tour (2005-2007) . . . $558 million
